Schoolgirl-centric zombie apocalypse anime Gakkou Gurashi will soon be receiving a live action movie adaptation, a rather strange choice of series considering a great deal of it revolves around plot-less moe happeningu instead of nonstop zombie butchery.
The January issue of Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine imparted the news to readers, also claiming that Gakkou Gurashi’s manga is coming out of hiatus starting December 22nd:
Some have been theorizing that the live action movie may take several liberties in order to insert more story and drama, much like the anime did – an exact air date has not been specified.

This will just be a random zombie apocalypse movie. They are just slapping Gakkou Gurashi on the title to get the stupid/morbid fans to watch it. The rest of us will simply ignore it.
