Square Enix has revealed that they are looking for scenario staff who will create “Nier-related products and scenarios“, a prime opportunity for any game designer looking for their big break and possibly indicating that a new entry into the Nier series is on the way.

Square Enix has announced that they will be taking the “Persona 4” route with Final Fantasy XV, stating that they will continue producing short story-based installments as opposed to making a full-blown sequel (or a new entry into the franchise); which will no doubt be good news for the handful of individuals who still believe that the action game is an insult to the franchise.
