White Foam Spills Forth from Manhole, Engulfs China Street

China has been plagued by yet another disastrous bout of pollution as several manholes started spewing a strange white foaming liquid, not at all bizarre to those familiar with China’s emerald seas that are flowing with pig carcasses as well as its beautiful beaches.

Two hundred meters of street were overwhelmed with a questionable foamy fluid one day in the Chinese city of Xi’an, bubbling forth from about three manholes and bearing a great resemblance to snow – video footage of the potentially hazardous winter wonderland:

The local environmental department ascertained that a nearby concrete company was responsible for the mess, as the foam (an agent used in the creation of metro tunnels) somehow managed to leak into the sewer, flow down a sewage pipe and eventually burst forth from manholes.

It has been assured that the substance is not harmful to humans.
