Newly announced 3D CG film Resident Evil: Vendetta has clearly tried to cater to the franchise’s fanbase (for once), as this latest trailer reveals that the movie will not only feature memorable characters and a spooky atmosphere but familiar locations from the game’s earlier titles as well.
The trailer, which seems to promise that the film will possess plenty of jump-scares:
Theater-goers can be consumed by fear once Resident Evil: Vendetta launches worldwide sometime next year.
Fucking stock electric sound at 0:32 that literally everyone uses everywhere, all the time.
And this lacks females.

Why wasn’t something like this Capcom’s vision for games after Resident Evil 3? I think I have a good guess, gaming wasn’t VERY popular before Resident Evil 3. But it was after Resident Evil 4, and by Resident Evil 5 it was very popular already.

Can’t wait to see Leon shoot the floor and still kill a hundred zombies because he’s that good at killing zombies.
