Popular retro game show Game Center CX has become the inspiration for an upcoming DLC sprite for Super Mario Maker, the sprite featuring none other than the enigmatic Arino himself – clearly demonstrating the phenomenal influence that the show has managed to accrue over its lifespan.

Supposedly the Arino sprite may be unlocked by beating the stages Arino created for the special NicoNico Chokaigi event, though only after downloading the lamentably Japan-only DLC online.
