Vaevictis, an all female League of Legends pro team who many believed to be nothing more than a feminist publicity stunt, has been ejected from the LCL (League of Legends Continental League, a pro LoL tournament by Riot Games Russia) for their consistently poor performance.
During LCL 2019’s Spring Split, the less than impressive team secured last place and had a win rate of 0% – they had an average of about 26 deaths per game, and it is said that teams pitted against them would commonly play non-meta champions or perform “troll strategies”.
The LCL has now prohibited them from entering into the 2020 season due to their pitiful display, though if they are successful during the Open Cup, they will be granted the ability to enter into the LCL once again.
Many believe the team was created solely for the sake of generating headlines and attention with its angle of “female empowerment”, as evidenced by the team’s abysmal performance in competitions.
The fact that the team was ousted from the competitive event is likely shocking, considering the privileged treatment they had received from Riot Games – such as when pro team ROX was punished for banning all support champions during the pre-game ban phase (where teams ban certain in-game characters from play), despite most members of Vaevictis specializing in support champions.
Vega Squadron was also handed a punishment for “intentionally stretching out the game” in a match where Vaevictis lost 2 kills to 52:

There’s absolutely no reason that on paper foids couldn’t be on a mixed team with men for videogames.
The problem is they do it solely because of attention and to acrue male attention, especially orbiters that will help open doors for them and pay them just because they have a c♥♥t between their legs. They have absolutely no interest or passion in whatever discipline or skill they are engaged in, it all comes down to their parasitism, and to move up social ladders.
There’s plenty of good female gamers out there, but the sensible ones aren’t attention whores. Which means they wouldn’t involve themselves in silly marketing stunts like this one. Most would happily play without the “I’m a Girl!1!!1!” attention seeking like any normal person.
