Frenchman Accused of Drugging 200 Women to Watch Them Urinate

A “senior official” in the French Ministry of Culture is being accused of drugging over 200 women so that he could watch them urinate.

It is being claimed that from 2009 to 2018, a man named “Christian N.” offered cups of tea or coffee to women without telling them that the drinks were spiked with a diuretic that gave them an urgent need to urinate. On some occasions, the women, who were often interviewees for jobs, were then offered walking tours of Parisian heritage sites.

In such cases, the victims would begin to feel the effects of the drugs when they were walking outside with the suspect, at which point he would take them to an embankment of the River Seine and offer to shield them from view with his coat while they relieved themselves under a bridge. Some of the women wet their undergarments due to being unable to relieve themselves in time.

A woman named “Clair” said “I urinated on the ground, right next to his feet; I felt humiliated and ashamed”. Another woman developed a urinary tract infection, which led to her being hospitalized.

The French government employee has also been accused of using his phone to take candid photographs of women’s legs underneath tables; it was during one such incident that he was caught by a woman who reported him.

Later investigations found that the man had kept a spreadsheet documenting his escapades. The file included photographs of the women and reports about their reactions to the drugs and the places in which they became overwhelmed by the urge to relieve themselves.
