The unfortunate many who have to partake of their cup ramen alone can now do so in the company of a charming 2D girl thanks to Nissin’s new promotion, a development that will no doubt be even more harmful to social outcasts – already not known for the health of their diet.
The promotion involves the “Aug!” smartphone app (which is free to use for iOS and Android), which will spawn the user’s 2D girl of choice when the phone is pointed toward the ramen’s package – the cheery girl will then converse with the user whilst the ramen cooks.
The promotion works for Nissin’s “Raoh” line of ramen, with each type obtaining its own unique girl to accompany it:
The delectable promotion will last until December 19th, more information can be learned via the official website.

I should really just learn Japanese and save up more than enough money to move to Japan.
Economy isn’t so hot, you’re going to need a valuable skill to stay and found your life. My friend believed it would be easy to find a teaching job to fund his stay and hoped to integrate into the society and economy, but reality hit early. Obviously staying in a foreign country with a culture you love was a great experience, but there was more opportunities back in the U.S. for a much happier life. Now we travel to Japan together every other year for a couple months.
don’t give up on living in Japan!
People don’t realize that the US puts Japan into a recession about every decade so it does not need to pay off bonds, and it devalues their patent holds. The sad thing is they just get brainwashed into thinking it’s going to change if they work harder.
Looks like the tin from your tinfoil hat entered your brain. That’s final stage tinfoilery.
I think he means for decades.
This has been going for more than a decade.
