A spin-off anime has been announced for the surprisingly popular Danmachi series in the form of an adaptation of the “Sword Oratoria” light novel, which focuses on the adventures of the lovely blonde Aiz Wallenstein, with there being seemingly little chance that the anime’s previous characters (such as the notable boob-ribboned Hestia) will make a return.
The anime adaptation was unveiled at GanGan GA Fest 2016, although Hestia fans will have to make do with the previously revealed OVA, sure to have more of the gorgeous goddess:
Not much else was mentioned about the upcoming adaptation, but readers of the light novel will possibly be the most informed in regards to its plot and direction – and the Sword Oratoria light novels will be obtaining an English translation by Yen Press starting October.
Having a new Danmachi show without Hestia is like suggesting a bikini contest
without any females.
Sure some people will like it, a few will love it, but 90% of people out there are thinking to themselves “wtf man, do you not like money?!?”
f♥♥k conduits comment is right on track
No Hestia no buy. Who the hell asked for a spinoff with the blandest most unlikable girl in the series?
She better have a huge dick this time.
First, it s quite fun. Now, I wanna put some dicks to your mouth.
only if you are a futa
We can pretend.
I’m beginning to believe the anime industry is intentionally trying to destroy it’s self. It’s like the studio executives are sitting around having conversations like this:
Executive 1: “We have a popular series on our hands, so how can we screw this up and insure we lose money?”
Executive 2: “I know, lets animate a spin-off series focused on a character that no cares about and has none of the main cast.”
Executive 1: “Brilliant! Make it happen!”
You do know this is a spin-off by the author himself right and that it already is popular as a side story?
No one who watched the anime gives a s♥♥t about the spin-off, they want a proper second season. Aiz is also the least popular character among fans of the anime, so they’re pissing off the fans by not giving them a second season and then adding insult to injury by animating a spin-off centered around a character the majority of the anime fans don’t even like.
Spin off story is way better thatn main story . aBetter art, better plot , better charas and chara development.
Now continue crying while i am happy that we did not get another season of SAO 3.0 .
