Yet another entry into the staggeringly popular Pokémon franchise has been announced as “Pokken Tournament”, a collaborative effort between the producers of Tekken and Soul Caliber that brings the cute and cuddly fantasy critters into the world of 3D arcade fighters – a bizarre decision sure to leave Pokémon enthusiasts at a loss for words.

Pokken Tournament will be coming to Japanese arcades some time in 2015 – though news on a potential console release unfortunately has yet to surface.
