Square Enix’s legendary care and attention to detail with respect to its much esteemed Final Fantasy franchise are once again the cause of controversy amongst fans – this time because of the level of quality evident in their new figure line.
The “Trading Arts Mini” figures go on sale in December from the official Square Enix store and elsewhere:
Needless to say, coming so soon after the announcement that she is to star in yet another Final Fantasy XIII title, there is now a certain sense of foreboding present amongst those fans for whom these figures do represent the height of cuteness…
Cloud and company also exhibit the kind of care and desire to please fans Square Enix is now so known for, right down to the horsebird:
What’s so bad about them? I think they’re fine for the style they’re trying to represent. Super Deformed.
Wtf is wrong with their faces and heads?!
These models are prime example of what Square Enix has degraded to.
Cheap s♥♥t!!!
Oh sweet Jesus, whoever designed those are so getting fired, I can imagine, once the company sees the sales (or lack thereof).
Why the hell are Square Enix’s toys so damn piss poor? They’re as expensive as Figmas and Revoltechs, they should at least have the same quality control.
