I think the "virgin" thing assumes the average viewer knows the source material. The art doesn't look particularly loli, which would scare away most women, and it's also very well done. As an unrelated observer, I might consider it a Japanese analog to the naked chicks bikers and gang members get tattooed on them--this could have quite the opposite effect to permanent virginity. Especially since Japanese often associate tattoos with the Yakuza.

Well my Ryoko and Hazuki tattoos aren't an issue for me. My girl doesn't necessarily like them much but she will still have me show them off sometimes.
Most girls would probably just be like 'its so pretty!' or something. Doubtfull they would know what it is if they are not into anime. and if they are into anime it would deff get any one laid.
