Netflix unveiled the trailer and opening theme to their upcoming anime series “Super Crooks”, giving fans of supervillains a look at the main cast and their stories, as well as a sexy girl dancing in the street in an opening probably few will be skipping.
Based on the graphic novel by writer Mark Millar and artist Leinil Francis Yu, the series follows a group of ex-supervillains who need to make a lot of money quickly. The team is lead by Johnny Bolt who gets his old friends back together, including his ex-girlfriend. Instead of robbing any place in America, a country full of superheroes, they go to Spain, a country devoid of them. Unfortunately, they run into two supervillains opposed to their actions, including the Praetorian, who boasts over 200 super powers.
Studio Bones will be handling the animation, and the show will feature the following voice cast:
