Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection Won’t Contain Breast Jiggling Either

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2‘s inclusion in the upcoming Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection has now been thoroughly neutered as the once great title has not only had its violence and gore reduced but its controllable breast jiggle will be removed as well, a move that many will immediately blame on the now puritanical and censorship-happy Sony.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, and Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge are the three games present in Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection, and the bundle will see the games on modern consoles – Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC – come June 10th.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 was well-known for its breast jiggle physics that players could control through the PS3 controller, the feature being so celebrated that there was even a CM that centered on it:

Considering the overly sensitive and politically corrupt nature of the modern games industry, the concept of controlling a girl’s swaying breasts is apparently too offensive in a game where the player massacres hordes of foes – that act of violence also being horribly censored in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.

This breast censorship was confirmed in a short interview with producer Fumihiko Yasuda (courtesy of NoisyPixel) upon being asked if the feature would be preserved in the bundle:

“Breast motion is not included.” Not surprising, but he did add, “There are no changes to the character design [and] the costumes added in Sigma Plus and Sigma 2 Plus are included.”

Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will at least possess all of the DLC, according to Yasuda:

“It will include the costumes from the Plus versions. Also, bonus costumes such as the Sigma 2 bonus DLC of Joe Hayabusa’s costume, and the save data bonus for Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge of the ‘Nightmare Brought To Life’ costume can be unlocked in the game.”
