Initially, there was a mod that stripped the girls of their pantsu in the changing room, but others eventually managed to produce full-blown nude mods (though modders are still continuing to work on more erotic endeavors):

Nude mods for games like this is for the incredibly juvenile and uncultured. It’s far more interesting and appealing to provide models with aggressively lewd and fetishistic clothing. It would be different if the nudity was adorned with details like sweat, body writing, binding, ball gags, tattoos, etc. I’m going to have to start modding again if Phantasia manages to keep entertaining me. Just plain nudity makes it explicitly obvious these barbie dolls are all the same body in only minutely varying sizes. The same body 90% of all female 3d anime characters have. Hentai has at long last embraced decent sized/shaped butts, but the games havent strayed from flatassed girls with breasts that look unnatural when big.
I’m waiting for characters that look like they were designed by akatsukei souken or at least sawao.
