Promoting the debut of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T and the Toaru Majutsu no Index Imaginary Fest mobile game comes this real world event where fans can kick a vending machine like Misaka, earning themselves free stickers.
The event is meant to reproduce the moment in the anime where Misaka kicks a vending machine to acquire herself a free drink, only participants in this event will be given free stickers instead.
A mini-game in the smartphone game is also available, where players control Misaka and have her kick a vending machine – downloadable wallpapers are given to those that play.
Those that kick at the real world vending machine will be given one of twelve total stickers – should they acquire the “biri biri chance”, special effects will play and the kicker will be granted all twelve stickers at once.

The vending machine event can be experienced at Shinjuku Station’s Metro Promenade on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line now until January 26th.
That was a weak ass kick
The guy ask that girl to do a weak kick, learn Japanese pleb.
She can’t appear to look too manly, that would be a turn off!
If that machine was metal kicking it too hard could cause injury. Her purpose was simply to replicate to the best of her ability what was in the series.
That machine wasn’t metal, it has a fat as f♥♥k cushion to prevent injuries. Also, you can see from the confused look of that girl that she doesn’t know or give a f♥♥k about the series.
