The official Kemono Friends YouTube channel has just released a new preview video for the upcoming second season of the anime and fan reactions to it have been quite mixed.
The PV introduces viewers to the main cast of characters: Serval, Caracal and the new human child Kyururu, voiced by Yui Ishikawa. The unlikely team’s journey begins with the catgirls meeting up with Kyururu before attempting the daunting task of taking her home.

Kemono Friends 2 is scheduled to start airing on the 7th of January, 2019.
Glad this show is moving on without the dishonorable director. I just hope its still a fun little romp of a story.
The director explicitly had the right to make use of the material, they changed the game on him because he revived it and it became valuable.
