Mini-mecha-musume anime Busou Shinki has proven to be unexpectedly good despite being on an action figure line by Konami, not an entirely promising basis for an anime – with the strong showing in part attributed to the involvement of staff from none other than Infinite Stratos…
Omake (excluding those which consist of grotesquely garnished mecha musume figures, of which there are a disturbing number available):
More.
Fumikane Shimada, the guy behind the character designs of Sky Girls and Strike Witches, also designed the ‘Frontline’ brand of Busou Shinki figures (Arnval, Strarf, Murmeltier, Asuka, etc.)
Masaki Apsy designed the MMS body frame for shinkis, and also designed the Figma frame.
Just a little bit of info.
its still weird for me to see the breasts bounce event the narration said them plastic made …
Seen like 5 mins of the 1st episode then deleted it.. maybe im just not into anime anymore.. lol
*sigh* There are multiple genres of Anime you know…
Uuuugh! Ugly and and unexplanable doll joints.
Why these robot girls have cheap looking shoulder, elbow and knee joints while they have perfect faces and hands that are way too harder to make?
What a complete nosense.
Man, anyone know if these Shinkis have already been released or if they are Anime exclusives? I haven’t gotten into Shinkis before and have no idea.
They are Strarf, Arnval MK 2, Altlene, Altines, Eukrante, Yda, Ach, Howling, Maochao, Zelnograd, Tsugaru, Mizuki, Maryceles, Ianeira, Valona. I’ll leave it to you to find out who is who :3
Busou Shinki has been around since 2006.
