Police are hunting a probable sexual predator after he asked two little girls the way to the convenience store.
The man brazenly pulled up to the girls, who were playing in the street, in broad daylight in a silver car, got out and approached the pair, asking “You know the way to the convenience store? I’m looking for a postbox…”
The girls miraculously escaped unharmed from this perilous encounter. His highly suspicious behaviour saw him quickly reported.
The rapist-in-waiting “had the look of a student” and was wearing a grey shirt, a blackish jumper, and had on a pair of spectacles.
Police ask that anyone spotting a man meeting this description dial 110 immediately and summon officers.

Japan may be one of the safest nations on the planet to be a child, and offences involving children being plucked from the streets are indeed all but unheard of, making this diligent protection of the children in the face of an admittedly remote risk all the more impressive.
Recall also the case of the man arrested for kidnapping a girl who he helped to her grandmother’s house, the man hunted for saying “Good morning”, etc. The streets are awash with perverts of all types in this day and age, it seems.
So as I’m reading this, I’m listening to Juicy Pen and I busted out laughing with that mental picture.
FFS what kind of crazed paranoia is there with children safety those days?!!?
Anyone who gets arested for such a stupid reason better go sue the police guys responcible tof wasting his time and making him pointlessly humilliated
I wouldn’t want to be a child in Japan even if it is so safe. 100 children commit suicide per year because they can’t bear so much stress society presses on them.
I guess you think that due to the lack of perves in Japan, there doesn’t need to be any police around. I tend to see it the other way. I see that BECAUSE of the police there are hardly any perves (at least any who’d be willing to act on there feelings). Those that DO commit or APPEAR to commit or have the intent of committing crimes are arrested. Just be glad it’s not like in Mexico. In mexico they actually will not only arrest you at the drop of a hat, but also you have to PROVE you are innocent in court. While Japan may have more ways to get arrested than the US, Japan (like the US) has the system that the police have to PROVE that you committed the crime for you to actually be sentenced to prison (also known as “innocent until proven guilty in a court of law”). However it is the court to decide guilt, not the police. If you do something suspicious, then the police have the right to arrest you. Even in the US, if you are wandering arround the back of someones house (even if you NEVER planned to break in), then the police can arrest you. Then the COURT has to decide innocence/guilt.
And the reason that the police in Japan are so supsicious of everyone is a VERY GOOD reason. After anime was invented it eventually led to hentai, and hentai inevitably led to l♥♥i hentai. With so many people watching such corrupting material, it can take ordinary men and turn them into perverts. Japan has the single largest percentage of the population that is pedophiles. China has the most people, but Japan has the largest PERCENTAGE of people that are pedophiles. This is why the police in Japan are so suspicous. And the reason there’s so many pedos in Japan is because of “l♥♥i hentai”. Just the same, the kids who shot up Columbine Highschool became violent BECAUSE of being exposed to the corrupting influence of playing violent video games such as Doom.
Watching corrupting material makes people perverts? I think is the other way around, only pervert people watch such corrupting material.
Also, people became violent because of being exposed to violent videogames? Maybe youre right, but the only ones shooting real guns around schools are people already messed up BEFORE violent games/tv/movies.
Third-age men and women were exposed to violence on tv at a very low age, and they are perfectly normal.
whats wrong with asking someone from directions WTF!!!
they should put a sign stating no asking for direction to people under 21
