Non mainstream anime lovers will at least be able to take solace in the prospect of an IdolMaster movie…
The Lupin vs Conan movie is truly something to look forward to.
The Garden of Worlds was really refreshing actually. I also liked the HxH movie and looking very much forward to the second movie but im a fan of HxH since the original anime adaption back in ’99
I just watched Steins;Gate raw yesterday, leaked version came out it seems like. That shit was amazing, best anime movie ever not just a slightly altered summary of the series.
DBZ MOVIE 14 = Creepy Vegeta —>> “Exciting Bingo!”
Miyazaki’s final film beaten by a movie named after a pun on the word “testicles”……… *slow clap*
Who cares? Box office is what really matters, not crappy polls like these.
steins gate is not here its mean tthe movie is not good
First I was surprised that there even were enough movies to make such a list. Then I saw the list. Nothing even remotely interesting there.
Here’s my list:
1) Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin
2) Captain Harlock (2013)
3) Gambo*
*an ice bear hugging a loli on the cover, how could I not be interested?
They lost because lacking votes from fans. I’m pretty sure they are on the list somewhere. Be happy.
Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin, absolutely. I’m a huge fan of that movie series, so I’m really looking forward to it.
Can’t wait for the millionth Pokemon movie.
Seriously, are Japanese ever going to get tired of that shit? The worldwide Pokemon boom ended over a decade ago.
Pokemon is for Japan what dog fights are for America.
They make a new Conan/Doraemon/Pokemon movie every fucking year.
Meanwhile, America so far only has a single Simpsons movie, a South Park movie, a Spongebob movie…
Wiat I don’t see Madoka Magica Rebellion or Steins;Gate? I call fault!
The madoka movies were in spring/summer and the last one is coming out in winter.
*winter/spring
Too many shounen movies.
No Sakasama no Patema? No1 cares for a good sci-fi?
The Wind Rises was very good, but it’s gotten absolutely no love from the anime fandom.

the list is bullshit as usual right? i am glad i never pay any attention to these things (just like this post)
yet you care to posting a comment. talking about hypocrisy…
Where is precure, index and meguca?
guess they forgot to pay biglobe like the others to do put them on thier retard chart
Why should an overhyped piece of shit like Madoka or Index be even considered?
Probably the same reason why a piece of shit like yourself having a shitty opinion.
You’re commenting this on a post that has something to do with the overrated and not really that good AnoHana, and Index is overhyped? It hasn’t even gotten a third season yet its spinoff tsundere series has caught up to it. Index is underhyped if anything.
and Maduka shouldn’t even be considered. Shitty Shaft Shit.
Index is right where it belongs.
Kotonoha no Niwa is only #5.
What.
anyone with brain should already know that biglobe chart is totally brainless and bios. lol
Madoka Magica Rebellion anyone?
The two movies were winter/spring, not summer.
Rebellion is upcoming so it wasn’t voted. Besides, their box office gross was dismal.
no steins;gate movie? D: was it not that great? D:
Well, everyone knows that type b fans never leave the basement. So, how could they possibly be expected to go watch a movie?
What?
I remember that most Japanese houses do not have basements. May be I’m wrong.
No. I don’t want to play Candy Crush Saga, and spamming me about is going to make me stop coming to Sankaku
thats not sancom, thats one of your apps =P
No it’s every time i come here now. It keeps trying to get me to download the app, it only happens here.
I actually like a list for once. That’s rare. Can’t wait to see almost all of those movies, especially that Gintama one. Has to be amazing.
I saw the Gintama film in japan, my japanese is pretty bad but the movie was still great.
HxH The Last Mission… Wtf… I don’t like the sound of that title. I hope Gintama and Hunter x Hunter is just trolling me.
Lupin VS Conan?
Isn’t that one . . like . . older?
The special is, the movie is new and not even out yet.
So it’s AnoHanaHana now?
The DBZ movies….
Well it wasn’t as good as i expected. I’m surprised it made the list.
Yes, this Dragon Ball Z movie is indeed one of the worst DBZ movies out there. But you can thank than ranking spot to the old nostalgic fans and the “Toriyama” name in the credits only.
Anyway, its a colorful movie with decent animation. And thats all.
Saiyan God = Total deception.
nobody cares about harlock?
No.
The Dragonball Movie really was kind of refreshing and funny. 🙂
That movie was dumb it never should have been made
Dragonball? Dumb? Why, you must be a newcomer to DB! How charming!
Here, follow Mr.Popo up on the nimbus (hang onto him to, you might fall trough. Were having a welcomming party for newcomers this tommorow at gods place. God is the cat with a staff or the young marsian-looking dude, depending on which “kami” you´r talking about.
oolong and Poo will be the entertainment. That would be the talking, transforming pig and his flying cat friend.
Cannot wait for that Gintama movie.
Gintama Banzai!
… they are STILL making Dragon ball movies!?!
Please stop beating a dead horse already.
They stopped making those movies 17 years ago because DBGT almost killed the franchise. Now that it’s been nearly forgotten they’re trying again.
Dead horse?? It was #1 for 3 weeks and the fastest grossing film (all film, not just animation) in Japan so far this year.
Having said that, I’ve watched it and thought it was a bit disappointing.
go beat your own dead horse.
some of us like watching the anime version of “the little engine that could”
(Goku: “I think I can, I think I can…”)
Well, there are only 2 “real” DBZ movies. Akira wanted this second movie because as an answer for the fans because the Hollywood movie sucked. But you want this dead ok, you don’t even know the facts.
and yet this is supposed to be one of the best ones yet. Can’t wait to see it.
