An otaku farmer seems to have taken the meaning of “moe” a little too literally (the term derives from the verb “to bud or sprout”) – he has recruited the sukumizu-clad girls of K-ON! to watch over his field.
The 52-year-old Saitama resident has a field and the much sought after K-ON! sukumizu sheets which come with the BD releases, and saw no reason not to combine the two by using them as banners to overlook his plot.
It is hard to fathom which is stranger – a man willing to decorate his field in this way, or an K-ON! fan willing to submit his precious goods to the ravages of the elements…
that farmer must be love HTT’s songs. 🙂
At first, i thought it was a play on AT-Field, but then i thought “moe + farming? when’s the next Harvest moon coming out?”
“…or an K-ON! fan willing to submit his precious goods to the ravages of the elements”
That’s what surprised me!
Also, it’s an otaku that goes outside on a regular basis. Good for him. 🙂
Anyone know where I can find high res image of those designs?
pic no.6 was fkkn priceless.
