What 13 year old boy needs therapy after that? Though the legality of the situation is absolute since she was caught but the heck? Therapy? At 13 if my son needed therapy after seeing a naked woman, or even groping the breasts of a clothed woman I would probably wonder where I went wrong.
As for the sentence, completely excessive. Even registering as a sex offender is over the top given the nature of the “crime”. Its not like she actually had intercourse with the boy. Rape is rape, and if she forced the boy to have sex against his will with her there are severe problems but this did not occur.
