This could have been photoshopped. For this type of cosplay there is a special type of underwear where it makes it look liek the girl isn't wearing any because its cut really really high, or hides with the ties. It's hard to believe she's not wearing any panties.

Kipi has a very unflattering overbite. I really don't see why people think she is so pretty. Imo, she's definitely not anything special. I've seen better.
