A new CM for the new Fullmetal Alchemist remake (鋼の錬金術師) aired after the latest airing of Gundam 00.
It can be seen below:
The new CM does not reveal much more than any of the previous ones did, but there are at least two points of interest:
Firstly, this is the first time we are seeing Winry-chan animated in the new series, and what little we can see of her does look quite appealing.
Secondly, the 1st ED theme, 嘘 / Uso (Lies) by シド / Sid, can be heard playing in the backround. The OP is still unrevealed.

The latest CM could be counted as CM #4 or #3, depending on how the original teaser trailer shown on the official website is counted.
The show is scheduled to begin on April 5th on MBS and TBS.
Fans have noted with interest the wide ranging changes made to the seiyuu cast, so it does appear this will be a significant departure from the previous series…

From the little that I have seen of the new animation in the couple of trailers I watched, really gets to me. However, I won't complain until I have seen a couple of episodes to compare with.

OMG- I sooo f*ckin' loath this series! Not the creator, characters, voice actors, or anyone associated with it in Japan- but the Friggin' USA Emo Fans that think 'This' series is the 'End-all' for Anime.
I was sooo happy that FMA wasn't relavent anymore- Why bring it back? I loath the cosplayers, the douche-bags on the net who go on about it, The Hot Topic has 26 friggin' T's and no other Anime stuff and...aw f*ck!
Really, who knows what I'm talking about? Those Emo bastards that can't shut up about 'The Pain' and Drama and what this world would be like it alchemy was real...I sooo friggin' LOATH American FMA fans.

About episode 37...
If they actually rip material from the manga, they'll have a lot to fit into the assumed 51-52 episodes, so I doubt they'll re-air any funny fillers (and I hope they don't)

I just hope the remake will fix the ending. I hated the original FMA ending. I am looking forward to the remake of episode 37, which is my fav ^^
i didn't like the anime ending, but maybe i fail to remember the number of all episodes and this question of mine is a bit off, but did you see the ova which tells the story AFTER the anime ending ? that is quite good, even if noone bangs winry and that's pretty sad to me.
You mean the movie not the OVA?
I wouldn't consider the last episode of the anime an ending, it looks like it was made as a set up for the movie which most people didn't like
Since this is supposed to be based more closely off of the manga, then yes, the ending will be much different, especially considering that the manga hasn't ended yet. Not sure about episode 37, since I think that was from either side stories or the novels, so they might not cover that in the new series. Either way, I'm looking forward to some of the crazy stuff that happens after the manga and anime split off.
