The different rear layout (other dual-exhausts), the position of the Maschinengewehr 34 Panzerlauf secondary armamant is totally different (Panther had this machinegun at the same height as the primary cannon) and the Panther didn’t have the Jagdtiger’s raisable support for the main cannon

  I belive the tank in the first pic is a Jagdtiger. If you compare the tank from wikipedia(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Jagdtiger_1.jpg) and the tank in the first pic.

  It’s not just that, they’re also censoring the kissing scenes and anything remotely sexual (including revising many of the sex jokes in-game). I don’t know which audience they’re trying to appeal to, but taking an ero-heavy game, removing ero, and marketing it doesn’t seem like a good strategy….
