Gutter Pervert: ‘I Want to be Reincarnated Into a Street!’

The pervert who was arrested for sneaking panty shots from under a street gutter was interviewed by the police, whom he let know that he wishes to be ‘reincarnated into a street.’

The unemployed 36-year-old man from Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, was arrested by the Hyogo Prefectural Police on suspicion of taking underskirt photographs. The gutter pervert said in a recent interview that his desire is still the same and wishes to be ‘reincarnated into a street.’

Four charges were substantiated upon the investigation’s conclusion, including violation of the prefectural nuisance prevention ordinance by entering into a gutter and peeping inside a skirt.

The gutter pervert was arrested on multiple occasions for similar crimes; in June 2013, he was arrested for crawling into a gutter near Konan Women’s University to peep under skirts in the same ward in Kobe. In November 2017, he was also arrested after being accused of attempting a similar act of voyeurism.

The man told the police after previous arrests that he wished to be reincarnated into a street, which he reiterated again after his most recent arrest, saying that the “feeling still hasn’t changed.”
