A vocational school chairman is being blamed for causing the death of a student after a barbecue mishap in which he irresponsibly used rubbing alcohol to start a fire that exploded and injured four students.

After the fire went out and the staff began putting in alcohol, it exploded in flames, and four male students nearby caught on fire.
