Chiba police apprehended a cram school teacher (who was also a part-time magician) after he tried to film the undercarriage of a female high school student by using a camera from under the desk, his magician’s mind clearly failing in thinking up something more discreet.
The 41-year-old male teacher, who was employed at a specialty school in Funabashi City, made use of his smartphone to try and take perverse tousatsu underneath the skirt of a 16-year-old female student, and after a laborious three-hour duration, managed to successfully take a photo from under a desk when he was sat across from his victim.
Disregarding his enviable persistence, the teacher admitted to the allegations, explained that he had been doing tousatsu since November and was quoted as saying “I thought it would be easy to film up the student’s skirt since it was short”.
The poor schoolgirl noticed the teacher was acting strangely and visited a police station with her parents afterwards.
The foul pervert was arrested on suspicion of violating a prefectural public nuisance ordinance.
Teaching was not the only profession of the criminal as they also worked as a magician under the name of “Daisuke Hewga”; the artist was unsuccessful in pulling off a vanishing act to evade his sickening crime.

Dumb teacher, he should have said he’s doing “research” for his sex ed classes. Then he would promoted to headmaster position, which he will have the privilege to have one on one discipline time with all the schoolgirls he desire.
