A two-minute PV containing footage of the postponed Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari stage play has graced the Internet, appeasing those that enjoy the revenge-centric isekai series as the production implies a great deal of drama and spectacular costume design.
As previously announced on its official website, the Coronavirus was responsible for pushing back the stage play’s initial March 27th – 29th (Cool Japan Park Osaka TT Hall) and April 2nd – April 12th (Theater Sun Mall in Tokyo) debut periods.
A two-minute sample of the performance has promised plenty of fight scenes and emotionally-charged moments:
The new schedule for the Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari stage play has not been declared yet.
How did they manage to not find a cute girl for the l♥♥i role in japan XD
Humans aren’t cute. That’s why we prefer 2D.
Reminds me of Flipside’s Sister’s Noise MV with those really ugly Misaka clones backup dancers.
That was deliberate. The back dancers can never be cuter than the main singer.
Filo is an ugly old woman. They probably couldn’t afford a cute 12 year old.
They could’ve afforded a cute 12yo… but the retards who go watch these plays do so for the title, not the actors, so why waste money casting a l♥♥i? I’m sure the producer hired a couple 12yo cuties anyway, though for a more private performance!
Goblin Slayer stage play? anyone?
Yes, but goblins are played by CCP apologists and the props are not fake
Literally 90 percent of popular anime shows get stage plays.
Only Dragon Ball or such s♥♥t though… haven’t seen any plays including sexualized lolis.
I think theatre is fine, can’t say the same about real life movies though
Is it just me or does the fact that this play NEEDS the support of non-existent SCREEN effects to create “magic” kill the illusion more than it would if they just simply used realistic substitutes?
I’m not expecting movie magic as this is just stage performance, but I have seen a lot of stage performances and there’s usually a better alternatives.
Then again, maybe fantasies like this are just better left as animated illusions.
Am I the only one here that finds this actually impressive?
It sucks…. but that’s to be expected.
THE ANIME SUCKED…. you can’t fix that.
Yeah, the manga is better.
Yes.
