In spite of earlier claims that all remaining victims were expected to live, Japanese broadcaster NHK has reported that a woman burned in the Kyoto Animation arson attack has died from her injuries, raising the death toll to 36.
According to media reports, the woman was in her 20’s and was on the first floor of the building when the flames engulfed the studio. The woman was evacuated from the building, but suffered burns all over her body in the process; she had been receiving hospital treatment up until her death – her name has not yet been released.
NHK also claims that there are currently five victims who are still receiving treatment for their injuries at hospitals.
Reading all those comments here, I feel seriously ashamed to be human… Can’t we just acknowledge that a person just died, who had the courage and motivation to work in the anime department, so that we have stuff to watch? Scumbags.

I think a lot of cases its people trolling for a reaction because they know there’s a few snowflake types here. I don’t think anyone here is genuinely celebrating the loss of life at Kyoto Animation.
