Hello Kitty creator Sanrio has seemingly attempted to exploit those suffering from the 7.3 magnitude earthquake that occurred in April with this new promotional video, stating that they will donate ¥1 for every view that the video acquires – a move that has earned them scorn from some as they are essentially “refusing to donate” until they first get what they want, along with derision from those reaching for their bots…
