Square Enix is courting the retro crowd with its first trailer for “A King’s Tale: Final Fantasy XV”, a title (available only to those who pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV via GameStop/EB Games) that offers an abundance of side-scrolling action and may serve as an incentive for purchasing Final Fantasy XV.
The 16-bit trailer:
A King’s Tale: Final Fantasy XV will be available for the PS4 and Xbox One on September 30th, the same day that Final Fantasy XV will launch worldwide.
And they manage to somehow still make the characters look like they are cosplaying.
Welp, time to watch someone else do an LP of this because I haven’t the time to f♥♥k with this scattered across 87 games s♥♥t.
Always a great idea to release parts of a story in so many different games and/or anime. All the die-hard fans will follow everything. And the rest will just say “meh, ain’t got time for all that s♥♥t, f♥♥k ff15.”
Was this some kinda of parody? Wtf is up with the ridiculous announcer voice…
