It’s the shortest SMT game to date, so it’s really not surprising that people are streaming it like crazy when they add “new” content.
Then again, it’s the most modernized one, complete with DLC nonsense and what not, so it’s really a sign of the times when Atlus starts playing Namco/EA/Capcom games with their customers.
To be fair, SMTIV came out when they were under the control of Index. Things may change.
THANKYOU. Someone finally gets it. They basically released half a game story wise and re released it again as a completed edition, the version the game was meant to be.
is that the Wise Old Man from RuneScape!??!?!
The “Final” part in the title is a bit ridiculous. Anyone who has played SMTIV on the 3DS will likely know this game doesn’t take very long to complete. You could probably argue that this game is what the original game was meant to be, and that Atlus essentially sold half a game.
But this game is a sequel, a prequel, the original versión + some DLC?? What is exactly?
It’s a direct sequel the event are happening after the neutral end of the original game.
It took me 100 hours in neutral path with all side quest complete and all fusions. I think that’s fair enough…
Play just the story. You’ll find its significantly shorter than an average JRPG.
This is an Atlus game, You can’t “play just the story”. They named it “Atlus difficulty” for a reason.
