The team behind face manipulation program FaceRig have collaborated with Live2D to deliver the “FaceRig Live2D module”, a program that allows talented artists to create their own 2D models and animate them as if they were 3D while also letting them “become” the model, sure to prove useful for professional and fan-based productions alike, to say nothing of all the creepy chaos it threatens to unleash.
The module in action:
A variety of models have already been created and made available via Steam’s workshop, demonstrating that the program does indeed have an audience.

Just FYI, their 3d models are quite detailed and respond well but the 2d anime stuff is bland and stiff as fuck. I was hugely disapointed by it and got a refund.
