The ravishing Rory of fantasy world anime Gate has given viewers another exciting taste of her astonishing combat prowess, which has unfortunately disrupted a sexier scene that many watchers may have more preferred – though many have appreciated the show’s return to gory action sequences.
Omake:
You know what’s the biggest mistake of this series?
>Studio: A-1 Pictures
have meant to watch this but the generic jrpg aspects keep putting me off.
was hoping to see the minister’s reference to Jojo stone mask.. anon is sad 🙁
So…she’s stronger than even the military? I thought this was about the modern military stomping fantasy land.
If they have anything better than regular rifles, they might have won, maybe even easily.
I mean she might be able to regenerate, but what’s she gonna do if you reduce her to only her head? Or maybe even if it doesn’t kill her, I supposed a clean headshot should put her down for several hours.
But yeah, regen is the only reason Rory won that fight at all.
She took bullets and regen, that’s it dude.
Welcome to the world of anime duh? This is the world where skinny lolis can kick full grown military men’s ass.
you have to remember the fact that Rory is a demigod so that accounts as well,
She’s supernatural. Think Hellsing’s Alucard level. Modern weapons sure can’t do s♥♥t to him.
Man, you guys gotta stop whining about everything not being in the anime. Every LN/manga adaptation, there will always be edits made to fit the episode length and/or series length. This kind of stuff is commonplace,
i mean heck, when LoTR was screened, everyone was complaining about the omission of certain parts. If Jackson actually decided to screen the directors cut, each movie woulda been atleast 4hrs long.
And as a final note, usually the author/artist is consulted with the production of an adaptation. So, whatever is shown, is usually a compromise between the author and director.
