Steins;Gate Zero Trailer Transcends Reality

The soon-to-arrive Steins;Gate Zero has divulged part of its plot to willing listeners by way of its brand new trailer, explaining that the game will revolve around an alternate universe where protagonist and self-proclaimed mad scientist Okabe had given up on saving a certain character…

The rather wordy and uneventful trailer:

Steins;Gate Zero will be available for the PS4, PS3 and Vita on November 19th.

I'm pretty sure this is the Okabe that sent the message back in time to himself. The same Okabe that wss full of regret having failed to save Kurisu.

Not news that Okabe developed the video D-mail in the ∂ wordline, we know that since the true ending of Steins;Gate.
Nop, all the next is based on the Amadeus project of Makise Kurisu, an adaptive IA she's developed before dying.

It'll be hard to wait …

So this Okabe won't grow up to be the older Okabe that sent a video message back in time? Or am I understanding you incorrectly?

Because Okabe in that message seemed full of regret at not being able to do anything to help Kurisu.

Can't wait? For this mediocrity? Well...

THere's Shenmue 3 coming out. There's FF7 remake coming out. That's what we can't wait. And this? I think I'll wait for it just fine.

Cries mediocrity and then glorifies a part-time job simulator and an 18 year old remake.

    What a shit comment.

If you think Shenmue is mediocre you really have a shit taste in games. This game came out 1999/2000 and was basically like a real world sandbox in an era where graphics were pretty shit. You practically lived in the life of Ryo Hazuki and followed his journey to avenge his father.

Yeah man! Tell 'em how it's done. Vent your frustration on a western site devoted to Japanese weeb culture. They'll definitely hear your pleas and cries of outrage and butt hurt.

    Fucking loser.
