Newly airing anime series Ladies versus Butlers! (universally known as れでぃ×ばと! / Lady×But! in Japanese), adapted from a light novel series of the same name, has instantly attracted favourable attention, along with comparisons to top oppai anime Kanokon.
Viewers had initially been led by previews to think censorship marketing shenanigans were afoot:
However what was actually broadcast was rather different:
Doubtless not the last that will be heard of this series.
Normally they save stuff like this for the OVAs, I’m impressed
It looks like 2 episodes are up on animesuki now
It reminds me of kanokon :3
The first episode of this has a lengthy face-sitting scene, so in my book it wins 2010, and possibly this decade. 😀
Why don’t you mention what channel it airs on in these sorts of articles?
I’d say it’s absolutely relevant in articles about censorship, and it’s a bother for everyone that cares to look it up for themselves.
I agree because the one I watched was fully censored like the pictures above. I would like to find the uncensored version from the channel that aired it.
