An elderly man arrested for sexually assaulting a schoolgirl protests that the mentally disabled girl in fact led him on like a precocious young Lolita.
The 71-year-old “unemployed” man, a resident of Kyoto, is accused of approaching the girl on the street, and calling out to her. She ignored him, so he came up behind her and pushed her over, and then somehow lured her back to his home.
Once he got her home, he mildly ravished her, touching her nether regions.
The elderly rorikon admits to touching the girl, but adamantly maintains “She enticed me into taking her home with me.”
When confronted with the fact of her being mentally handicapped, he retorts “I didn’t know.”
His crime came to light after the girl and her mother reported the matter to police.

It depends on what region of Japan he was in. In some Japanese jurisdictions, the age of consent IS 13. What’s r♥♥e isn’t her age, the r♥♥e comes from the fact she was mentally ill. It is ILLEGAL to have sex with a person who is defined to have a mental disorder, if you are not married to the person at the time of the sexual activity.
The old man’s defense is pathetic. Even if she did try to lure him, any sane human being would not take it. It doesn’t matter if the girl was mentally insane or not. What he did was inexcusable; he knows it was illegal to have sexual relations with a minor, yet the cantankerous old fool went ahead and did it anyway. If she did try to seduce him, what he should have done is to report harassment to the authorities immediately. This guy is no different than the pathetic fools Chris Hansen caught on To Catch a Predator.
