For that price i could buy several dozen films from amazon, half a dozen games, or go to the cinema ~10 times.

splitting the sales into ‘lite’ and limited edition copies is a way to go.
Lite:
Slightly better version compared to the aired one, no extras, simple dvd box, simple ‘n cheap. ~€10

Limited edition:
Noticeably improved video quality, attention to detail, bonus content, pamphlets, limited edition physical objects (figurines etc.) ~€25
