In Japan, pantsu パンツ has 2 meanings; pants (mens briefs,trousers) and panties(also can be called pantii パンティー） shima 縞 (しま in hiragana) = stripe shimapan is short for shima pantsu = stripes panties, striped underwear, etc To the anonymous who said “Called shimapan you fucktards.”.
