    They don’t, unless you give them permission, which you did by clicking the “I agree with the terms which nobody reads but we’ll pretend you did and use it as evidence in court if needed”. Most countries have severe restrictions on what your personal information can be used for, but accepting the “we can do whatever the fuck we want with your personal info” negates that.
