Kiba and the white thing (I fail for not knowing what it is I know) are interacting. Isn’t it normal for people to pay attention to the camera when posing for a group photo? Thats the feel I get from it.

  It depends entirely on the top level domain. (each has its own rules) But I imagine all two-character domains would be gone in the first minute they were available, and “lo.li” doesn’t seem to be registered, so yeah, it doesn’t seem to be possible to get two character domains under .li.
