Gundam Unicorn Gets Worldwide Simultaneous Release

Sunrise’s anime adaptation of Gundam Unicorn (Gundam UC) has been confirmed in an official announcement, and the studio also reveals that the series will receive a worldwide simultaneous release in several languages (Japanese and English obviously featuring heavily).

14-Year-Old Girl Faces 17 Years for Photographing Self

A 14-year-old girl who took naked pictures of herself for her boyfriend’s entertainment and posted them on her MySpace profile faces charges of possessing and disseminating child pornography, with a maximum sentence of 17-years. If convicted, the young predator also faces a lifetime of discrimination as a registered sex offender, along with rapists and pederasts.

This is apparently only one of many such incidents, with authorities now keenly launching a nationwide crackdown on the depraved actions of child-paedophiles, lest a plague of self-exploiting children predate upon themselves.

Naruto Shippuden Gets Simulcast Streaming by Viz

The American distributors of Naruto, Viz Media, will shortly be starting belated but promising provision of Naruto Shippuden episodes streamed simultaneously with the Japanese airing (“simulcast”).

The release schedule begins March 26th with the 101st episode of Naruto Shippuden, airing on Viz’s official site Naruto.com. Episodes will of course be subtitled only, and entirely free. The previous 100 episodes are also available for viewing.
