


Unsurprisingly adapted from a 4-koma, moe cafe anime Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? (“Did you order the rabbit?”) offers a different kind of moe kissaten service than Type B regulars are used to, by having coffee-brewing, lingerie-wearing, cloudy water-bathing, moe-archetypal waitresses instead of traditional maids in its quasi-French setting – all of which seems just as likely to please them.

Well received eroge adaptation 恋姫†無双 / Koihime Musou keeps up its reasonably strong performance with the addition of battles and service in the eleventh episode, though both are present in moderation, as usual.

The latest season of Zero no Tsukaima has been well received, but one thing notable about the anime is that it seems to be accruing a cast of characters who might be thought to be more at home in the likes of Oppai Tousen or Sekirei, though this does not seem to be much of a problem to fans.

The onsen service episode of 恋姫†無双 / Koihime Musou, epidode nine, looks set to become a favourite, closing with ecchier titles so quickly as it does, yet still being restrained, and having at times rather subtlely carried off humour. Still, it does at times start to look like an inferior oppai anime, though at least it has balance between the two extremes (of size).

Closet otaku comedy anime 乃木坂春香の秘密 / Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu has delivered a favourably received service episode sure to broaden its appeal even further; in addition to the obligatory swimsuits and opportune gusts of wind there is plenty of restrained yuri, and the usual erotic antics.
It may not be about to challenge serious ero-anime, or hardcore pantsu anime, for the ero-laurels, but it is doing well considering its timeslot. Just how well? See below…
