As might be expected of a “rakugo anime” (although its actual rakugo content is almost non-existent) which honestly proclaims it is for the purpose of appreciating cute girls, Joshiraku is fast shaping up to be one of the cutest anime titles in some time, with the latest episode stuffed with moeblobbery and cosplay of the most egregious kind.
