This resplendent Martian Successor Nadeshiko (or Nadeshico) ita-bus is currently cruising the streets of Akihabara as part of a promotion for the classic 1996 scifi comedy series’ upcoming Blu-ray release, and is sure to set off many shocks of nostalgia to otaku that can remember the show.

The new Xbox 360 release of erotic hostess love procurement game Dream C Club was heralded over the weekend by a promotional mini-caravan tour through Akihabara of an ita-bus (presumably the same seen before as the Chaos;Head ita-bus), itasha, and several maid-hostess cosplayers.

A Touhou themed ita-bus, bedecked with posters, banners and various sorts of memorabilia of the doujin games’ vast female cast of characters, was once again seen cruising the streets of Akihabara during the Comiket 76 weekend, a time when reclusive otaku can most likely be found outdoors.
