Grisly Public Execution Draws Hundreds

Hundreds gathered to witness the execution of a Yemeni pederast by gunshot to the head, in what looks to have been one of the most entertaining spectacles on offer in the tiny Arabian republic.

The condemned was found guilty of raping an 11-year-old boy and then murdering him and cutting up the corpse for disposal, which will doubtless restrict sympathy for his humiliating fate.

Police Arrest Schoolboy as Taliban

Police have come under fire after it emerged they stopped a schoolboy for interrogation, as he was wearing a dark veil, and then asked him if he was a member of the Taliban, the former Islamist rulers of Afghanistan, adding insult to injury.

His veil was in fact due to being afflicted by porphyria, an illness rendering the skin highly susceptible to the sun.

Jojo’s Islamic Adventure: Manga Censored Over Nothing?

After being accused of blasphemy against Islam for the unpardonable sin of including some Quranic text in the anime, the distribution of long running manga JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure was halted by the publisher, fearing the usual Muslim histrionics.

The Islamically approved revised manga is now finally going back on sale, though we seem not to be seeing anything of the offending anime. However, it looks like there was never any reason to pull it in the first place…
