PlayStation Twitter Hacked “PSN Databases Compromised”


PlayStation’s official Twitter (and Facebook) was recently hijacked by a hacking group, though despite the expectations of most, it was performed by one possessing “ethical standards” – with the situation seemingly being nowhere near in scope to the catastrophic hacking back in 2011 that saw to the loss of over 25 million accounts.

Nintendo Hacked: “We Didn’t Need To Announce It”


Nintendo is reporting it was hacked two weeks ago with the loss of data it refuses to identify, but that it decided not to bother announcing this fact to customers because “as there was no actual harm, it was not a matter which we needed to announce.”

PlayStation Network Down 5 Days with No End in Sight


The ongoing global outage of Sony’s PlayStation Network, now at 5 days, may be in danger of continuing even further – in its latest update Sony refused to provide any information on what is going on or when it will be fixed.
