
A leaked photo of the December 2015 edition of Miracle Jump magazine has revealed that a 3D CG movie for the gory and much adapted Gantz series is in the works, hopefully jam-packed with an abundance of its staple gut-spewing action, but making some wonder if the anime’s legendary sex-scenes will also make an appearance.

Gantz fans are aghast at the recently screened Gantz live action movie, which is said to have dumped all the ero and guro elements which underpinned the original in favour of handsome male leads in shiny suits for the ladies.

Hiroya Oku’s popular ero-sci-fi manga series Gantz will be adapted into two CG heavy live action movies, starring Kazunari Ninomiya as Kei Kurono, and Kenichi Matsuyama as Masaru Kato.

Gantz creator 奥浩哉 / Hiroya Oku has apparently turned his hand to character design for Soul Calibur IV, it has been revealed in the latest issue of Young Jump. His contribution will be one of his trademark top heavy females, a supernatural samurai in the Taki vein, wielding two swords and monikered “修羅”, Shura, cheerily meaning the scene of a bloodbath.
