
The latest official art depicting Index, of A Certain Magical Index, seems to be taking a more risqué tone; just as we saw her bathing recently, now we again see her, this time in nekomimi cosplay and not wearing too much in the way of clothes.
Fans, of course, are delighted, though debate rages as to whether her moe qualities are more pronounced in her habit, or out of it.

Volume six of crazy shrine maiden manga, and now anime, Kannagi faeatures an interesting pin-up parody illustration, depicting Nagi-sama cosplaying Taiga (this would be Naiga? Or Taigi?), complete with risu-tora.
Thankfully, Nagi-sama is far from a tsundere, so the resemblance is only skin deep.

The recent Strike Witches only event we heard about stipulated that Cosplay Witches not engage in any indecent pantsu display; fortunately, it seems using the show’s own logic they were in fact able to cosplay in items of clothing in fact very much resembling pantsu, but in fact not pantsu, such as Francesca’s shimapan here being bikini bottoms.
This also meant that nothing in the slightest bit embarassing took place:

Cosplay AV producers TMA’s latest parody, Clonnad, is due for release soon, and in these publicity shots they have recreated the cover illustrations from the not so limited edition DVD using their performers, in the real world locations each illustration is based on.

Cosplay porno pioneer TMA’s latest parody has been officially announced to be “Adult Master”, an AV set to concentrate on three of the Idol Master idols, the identities of whom are likely obvious from the above image.

One subset of cosplay AV which seems to have had a long history is that of 戦隊 / sentai (spandex clad coloured rangers); here you can see just such a troupe engaged in some thankfully unspecified activities.
Wearing masks progets round certain major problems with many AV productions…

Petanko idol Nagi, of Kannagi, can be found cosplaying various popular characters in these official illustrations, due to be distributed as telephone cards with the limited edition of the first volume of the DVD, at certain shops.
